WHEW-EEEE!!! It's been a while since I have posted. We're still around! I finally got around to using my remote control that David gave me for my camera LAST CHRISTMAS!. It works great and I love it! This is a family pic that I took with it! The girls were not in the best mood. Even though it's fall and this is a fall-themed picture, it was about 90 degrees that day. We may try another photo shoot with cooler weather.
Margo went to her first concert on September 13th to see Taylor Swift. She was all dressed up with her homemade TS shirt and cowgirl boots and hat.
At the last minute, Lydia decided she didn't want to go because it was Friday the 13th. She stayed with Grandma and we invited Reagan. All the girls had a great time. Margo fell asleep a little over halfway through the show. She did get to hear her favorite songs though!
The following week, Lydia had a really bad virus that landed her a trip to the ER for IV fluids. She was one sick little girl, but handled everything like a trooper! She even earned a big Beanie Boo for being so brave with the TWO IV sticks they had to do. I'm so glad she's all better.
This year Madeline is doing Cotillion at the Country Club with some other kids her age. She and her friend Carrie were not impressed their first night! HAHA. I told her she's got to get some "culture".
The girls enjoyed the Fall Festival at their school a few weeks ago. Here's Margo playing the donut on a string game! She had a blast!
Margo and Brianna giving each other makeovers. They love dressing up, playing together and doing all things girly!
Madeline with her BFF Reagan on TEAM DAY during Homecoming week at Middle School (yes....State & Carolina). Reagan has since moved to the mountains and Madeline is handling the transition OK. They Skype and text, so at least they are keeping in touch.
Lydia and Margo had fall break and one Thursday we went with the cousins to the NC Zoo!
Here they are!!!1
They had a good time and we got in some great exercise that day.
Lydia and Margo being fashionistas in a store!
Last weekend we took our yearly fall camping trip to Linville Falls. The Flynns joined us this year. We had a good time and the weather was perfect. Here we all are at the top of Hawksbill Mountain. We made it!!!
We did that hike on our 16th wedding anniversary. So we took a pic :)
Annie LOVED her weekend camping, hiking and sniffing!
